Find, price, and solve organizational toil with agents
Give your teams time back so they can get more important work done.
What would you say Untoil does exactly?
We make AI agents that find what's slowing your teams down
Untoil's AI agents watch where work already happens, including Slack, Google Drive, and OneDrive, and surface toil on their own, so the most expensive problems get caught even when nobody files a thing.

Toil is:
Manual, repetitive, automatable work that adds no long-term value. It scales with team size and complexity but not with output.
It's soul crushing to your team, and extremely expensive to the business. Untoil exists to find it and price it.
"If a human operator needs to touch your system during normal operations, you have a bug."
33%
of Google SREs' time goes to toil, by Google's own measurement, inside teams staffed to fight it. Most companies never measure at all.
52%
of developers name burnout as a primary reason peers quit, per Harness's survey. Toil, not workload, is the usual culprit.

Ok, so how expensive is this toil you speak of?
Very. A team of 100 losing just 20 minutes a day is like having 4.0 full-time employees doing nothing but toil, all year.

Do you have any examples of toil?
Yes. Things like this 👇
Filing expense reports takes half a day
Every trip means re-typing receipts into the old expense portal, chasing approvals over email, and re-submitting the whole thing when one field is wrong.

Most toil never gets written down. It lives in Slack threads, Google Drive files, Microsoft Teams channels, and the other tools your company already uses to get work done.
- SlackChannels and threads
- Google DriveDocs and files
- Google ChatSpaces
- Microsoft TeamsChannels and chats
- OneDriveShared files
- WebsiteYour company site
Connecting those tools gives Untoil the richest context about the friction happening inside your company. We use that context to find work that is stuck, duplicated, or waiting on someone, then surface it so your team can see it, price it, and decide what to fix.
Without integrations, Untoil only knows what people remember to log. With Slack, Google, and Microsoft connected, we can help catch the expensive problems even when nobody files a thing.
